My name is Gemma, and Gemmasphere (pronounced hemisphere) is where you expand your horizons through Relationships, Personal Evolution and Spiritual Growth.

I am passionate about guiding leaders, lovers, peak performers and entrepreneurs of all kinds to evolve into deeper heart-to-heart connections.

My curiosity and willingness to grow led me to incredible experiences, education and mentoring. I found a whole new world, and now I initiate people into their own. I love to intuitively and creatively blend the best of behavioural neuroscience, powerful ancient knowledge like The Tao and Tantra, and transformational coaching, to bring to you a wholesome journey.

I hold 15+ years of experience in my practice and 11+ certifications, mainly as a Registered Hypnotherapist, a Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Time Line Therapy™ Master Practitioner accredited by the American Board of Hypnotherapy Approved School of Hypnosis and NLP and Temple Arts Tantric Leadership. Additionally, I have a background in Interior Architecture Design, Art History and Philosophy from Carleton University and Toronto Metropolitan University. With this multi-disciplinary knowledge, I’ve designed and developed an innovative method of cognitive and somatic therapy and coaching that provides experiences of deep healing, insightful revelations, wholistic integration, and new powerful sensations.
